Takashima Castle. Suwa (Suwa Lake), Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
" Takashima castle is small but very famously knows as "the Floating Castle" because it was located near the lake shore at time of construction.
This castle was built in 1598 but demolished by the government in 1876. It was rebuilt in 1970 on the site of the old castle. It is about 750m above sea level.
The site has a 3 layer donjon ,the corner tower, waterful maot and memorial park."
